Yes we require a $100 deposit for all colour services. Please check our policies here.

If you’re running late please contact the salon asap. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment, but we will try our best to accommodate you. Please note: a $50 late cancellation fee applies if cancellation is within 24 hours of appointment time. We thank you for your understanding on this.

Absolutely! We are more than happy for your children to come into the salon with you as long as they do not disturb the other customers and respect our environment.

We recommend using salon grade shampoo and conditioner to ensure the longevity of your colour. If you have been using supermarket products please let us know prior to your appointment as this could have adverse effects on the integrity of your hair and therefore impact the results of your colour .
